Limited Warranty

Finished goods or parts manufactured by QuikTap LLC (QuikTap) are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from QuikTap, when used in strict compliance with QuikTap’s recommended usages, so long as any defect is discovered and reported to QuikTap within the warranty period and while the goods or parts are under the ownership and control of the original purchaser. Misuse of goods or parts, or any alterations or modifications made to goods or parts manufactured by QuikTap will void all warranty implied or otherwise while in the possession of the original purchaser or subsequent purchasers.

If, however, a defect is discovered in a component part which is not manufactured by QuikTap and which is governed by a warranty given by the manufacturer of that component part, the QuikTap warranty will not extend to that component part and the purchaser will only have the remedies provided in the warranty of that specific manufacturer.

In the event that a defect is both discovered and reported to QuikTap within the warranty period, the original purchaser’s remedies shall be limited to repair or replacement in kind of any nonconforming items, in QuikTap’s sole and absolute discretion. All warranty claims need to be communicated to QuikTap, within the warranty period by emailing service@quiktap.com or calling 855-784-5827 to obtain warranty information and to discuss warrantor’s election of remedies.

THE WARRANTY EXPRESSED ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUSIVE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES.

THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL QuikTap BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH MAY RESULT FROM BREACH OF THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Return / Refund Policy

QuikTap does not accept returns or exchanges from verified purchases unless the QuikTap product is in the original factory condition, unused and in original box (including all packaging materials, accessories, documentation and instructions). Authorization must be obtained prior to return shipping by filling out our return form at the bottom of this page. Return shipping will be at the purchaser’s expense and charged a 20% restocking fee. Personalized and custom items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of use of our QuikTap products and food safety concerns, we are unable to accept or issue refunds for any QuikTap products returned that have been used and/or removed from the original packaging. Once an unused QuikTap has been returned and received, we will thoroughly inspect the QuikTap and issue a refund per our discretion. We will confirm issue of a refund to the original form of payment via email within 5 business days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you believe you have received a defective QuikTap and/or are having trouble with the functionality of your QuikTap, please email us at service@quiktap.com with as much detail as possible of the perceived defect. Once we receive your email, our product support team will gladly provide assistance, information, maintenance tips, replacement parts as needed, and/or at our discretion replace your QuikTap with a factory refurbished unit.
